To ensure a peaceful stay for you as well as for all our guests, we ask that you read and respect the following rules:

1. P- Beach is open for swimming 7 days a week, open 8:00 a.m., during which hours there will be a lifeguard present.
2. We ask our guests to respect quiet-time between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. by keeping noise at a minimum and refraining from playing any kind of sound system.
3. Pets are not allowed on the beach. Service dogs are however welcome and exceptions can sometimes be made for very small animals at the discretion of the Management.
4. To help keep the seaside pristine, please refrain from using soap of shampoo of any kind in the shower area.
5. Umbrella bookings are nominative, therefore, their use by third parties is not allowed. However, our guests are welcome to share their spot with their own guests up to a maximum of 4 people per umbrella. Just inform the Management that you’ll have people join you at the beach and please make sure your guests also respect our rules. Kindly abstain from moving loungers from one umbrella to another
6. Kindly supervise your children at all times but especially when they are using the lavatories, the playground and near the water. Adults will obviously be held responsible for the behavior of the children under their care.
7. P-Beach’s management reserves the right to remove anyone who’s behavior is disruptive or who damages our facilities.
8. Spechiolla’s Port Authority has issued a ban on games that might disturb others such as ball or racket games on all the beaches, especially near the water. We therefore ask our guests to refrain from playing such games.
9. It is prohibited to the general public to set up their towels or other equipment on our private beach.
10. We strive to provide a safe and quiet environment for the enjoyment of our guests. Having said that, please keep an eye on your valables: P-Beach can not be held liable in case of theft.
11. Since we do not have a launching ramp, the use of kite-surfs and sailboats is prohibited on our beach.
12. Please refrain from bringing outside-foods or drinks to P-Beach.
13. Season tickets are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever, bad weather or even natural disasters.
